"and the payment options were super easy"
and I really liked that they gave me a few different ways to pay. Checkout was simple, and I didn’t have to use my card right away, which was really convenient.

"Invoice was a little confusing"
My order showed up just fine, no issues there. The invoice, though, was a bit harder to read than I expected. Some of the charges and item details took me a minute to sort out, and I ended up double-checking everything myself just to be sure. Not a huge deal, but it could definitely be clearer.

"Shipping Was Ridiculously Slow"
I’m annoyed because the shipping took way too long. I don’t know what the hold-up was, but someone clearly dropped the ball. I expected my order to arrive much sooner, and the whole delay was just frustrating...

"Fit wasn't quite what I expected"
It looked really nice when it arrived, but the sizing was a little different than I’m used to. I went with my usual size, and let’s just say it wasn’t as comfortable as I had hoped. It’s not a huge issue, but a bit more guidance on the fit would’ve helped.

"Good site, but the minimum order threw me off a bit"
I ordered from Africa Imports for my little shop the experience was mostly smooth. The items were packed well, nothing showed up damaged, and the shipping time was decent enough, so no real complaints there...
The only thing that tripped me up was the minimum order amount. I ended up adding more than I originally planned, which was kind of annoying at first, but I’ll use the extra stuff eventually, so... I’d probably order again, just wish the minimum was a little lower.

"Easy Return Process"
I had to return my order, i thought it went smoothly. The return itself was easy to set up, and the refund showed up after a few days. In my opinion, that’s about as hassle-free as a return can be.

"Got the Wrong Items"
I was disappointed because they sent me the wrong items and it wasn’t what I ordered at all. My sister even helped me double-check the order, so I know it wasn’t a mix-up on my end. Hopefully they can get it sorted out.

"Was anyone else confused by the tracking?"
I couldn’t tell where my order was from the tracking info. It kept showing updates that didn’t really make sense to me, and I was left guessing if it was actually on the way or stuck somewhere. Maybe it’s just me, but I feel like tracking should be a lot clearer

"Not what I was expecting"
I don’t know, this just really wasn’t it for me. The listing made it seem like one thing, but when it showed up, it felt totally different. It looked smaller in person and just had that cheap kind of feel. I was disappointed overall and definitely wouldn’t buy it again.

"Easy to browse once I got my bearings"
The site was simple to use overall, and the pages loaded without any issues for me. A couple of the menu sections took me a minute to figure out, especially when I was looking through product categories, but once I knew where things were, browsing felt easy. Little thing, but I also liked that I didn’t have to wait around for pages to refresh.

"Checkout was fine, I guess"
The checkout was easy enough to get through, but it was kind of slow feeling. I had to stop and double check a few things while doing it, which was not terrible, just a little annoying. It worked okay, but I was hoping it would be more smooth than it was.

One of my items was on backorder, but they were upfront about it before I even checked out, which I really appreciated. I also got an update email afterward, so I never felt left in the dark. My order arrived in two separate shipments, that was totally fine. It felt nice to buy from a company that was honest and clear the whole way through

"Box was beat up?!"
My order showed up okay, but the box looked like it had been through a lot?! A couple of the items had loose wrapping, but thankfully nothing was actually broken. Shipping was fine overall, I just wish they had packed everything a bit more carefully

I went in expecting to pick up a few specific items that showed as available, but once I got there, they weren’t on the shelves. When I asked about it, I felt kind of brushed off instead of helped, like it wasn’t really a big deal. I get that inventory can be off sometimes, but it was frustrating to make the trip and then feel dismissed when I brought it up...

"Pictures didn’t really match"
The pictures were kind of off, honestly. The item looked one way in the photo, but when it arrived, it was different. Not completely terrible, but definitely not what I thought I was getting. The photo just didn’t match the actual item, and that was disappointing.

"Better quality than I expected"
I ordered a few things from africaimports i was happy with everything. The fabrics felt nice and not cheap at all, which I feel like can be hit or miss when ordering online, right? Everything looked like the pictures too, so that was a relief. I’ll probably order from them again.

"I liked the product selection a lot…"
I liked the product selection a lot. They had soaps, oils, clothes, and cute gift stuff all in one place, so I ended up browsing way longer than I planned lol. It was nice having so many options, but after a while I did start to feel a bit unsure about what to trust or pick, especially with so much to compare. Still a fun place to shop, just left me slightly hesitant.
